Indeed, in our time, in a mass consumption era of trans-fatty acids products, saturated fats and triglycerides dominance, with any diet type or lifestyle, be it a balanced diet, either cholesterol or other elements excluding diet, fish oil makes our life much easier, while compliance with nutritionist instructions or just a healthy lifestyle – much nicer.
